Tickets can be purchased online at ticketmaster.ca, ticketweb.ca, Eventbrite, AdmitOne, and any other event organizer's ticket outlets. Please refer to each event's website for the official ticket outlets for the specific shows.
DOES THE AXIS CLUB HAVE A BOX OFFICE?
Yes, we do – located at the entrance. All major credit and debit cards accepted. The box office operates only on show days, and opens at the door time. During this time, you are able to purchase tickets to only the day of show, if available. Note that if a show is sold out, we do not hold additional tickets for walk-up sales at the box office.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY IF I AM NO LONGER ABLE TO ATTEND A SHOW?
All sales are final, and refunds or exchanges are not permitted, including if the support act(s) cancel. Refunds will only be issued by the event organizers and ticket outlets if a show is cancelled entirely.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY WILL CALL TICKETS?
Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Box Office starting at door time, located at the entrance. Be prepared to provide government-issued photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. The name on the ID must match the name on the order.
ARE TICKET TRANSFERS PERMITTED?
Yes, you are welcome to transfer your tickets if you’d like. No additional step is required for hard tickets or print-at-home e-tickets. For Will Call tickets, you will need to get in touch with your ticket provider to change the name on the order, as ID matching the name on file must be shown by whoever is picking up the tickets.
HOW DO MY MOBILE / PRINT-AT-HOME TICKETS WORK?
Mobile tickets are accessible via the app on your phone. Print-at-home tickets are emailed to you ahead of the show and can be printed in advance or scanned from your phone. Note that we do not have public wifi, so it is recommended that you download your tickets in advance so that you have them ready upon arrival. And be sure to turn up your phone’s brightness to the highest setting for easier scanning.
I PURCHASED A TICKET FROM SOMEONE – CAN YOU CHECK IF IT’S LEGITIMATE?
Unfortunately we cannot check the legitimacy of a ticket purchased from a third party until it is scanned at the door for entry. We are not responsible for tickets purchased outside of the official event organizer's ticket outlet. Entry will be denied and refunds will not be issued to anyone that presents an invalid or duplicate ticket at the door.
QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SHOW
WHAT ARE THE SET TIMES FOR A SPECIFIC SHOW?
The door time will always be listed on your ticket/order, but we do not have full set times until the day of the show and is subject to change at the artist's discretion.
WILL I BE ABLE TO WATCH THE SHOW FROM THE FLOOR IF I HAVE A MEZZANINE TICKET, OR VICE VERSA?
Unfortunately not. You must remain in the section for which you purchased your ticket. Depending on the event, the main floor can be either general admission standing (indicated as GA on your ticket) or reserved seating (indicated by a section and seat number on your ticket).
CAN I APPLY FOR MEDIA ACCREDITATION FOR A SPECIFIC SHOW?
Photo and video policies vary by artist, and media passes must be applied for in advance, directly through the promoter of the show (please do not contact the venue to request media accreditation). If you arrive with a professional camera (any DSLR or camera with removal lens) without prior media approval, you will be required to leave your camera at Coat Check, at your expense.
CAN YOU CONSIDER MY BAND FOR AN OPENING SLOT ON A SHOW?
We are not responsible for the booking of acts on a show. All artists are booked directly through the tour or the promoter. Please do not contact the venue regarding band submissions.
THE SHOW IS LISTED AS A 19+ EVENT, BUT CAN I BRING MY TEENAGE SON/DAUGHTER IF I STAY WITH THEM THE ENTIRE TIME?
Unfortunately not. If an event is listed as 19+, no one under the age of 19 is permitted in the venue, under any circumstances. For entry to 19+ shows, you will be required to show valid (not expired) government-issued photo ID.
QUESTIONS REGARDING COMING TO THE VENUE
IS PARKING/VALET AVAILABLE?
We do not have valet parking, but there is paid public parking available on College street, Metro parking lot across from the venue. Please be sure to follow city by- laws regarding restrictions.
CAN I BRING A PHOTO OR VIDEO CAMERA?
Professional cameras (DSLR or anything with a removable lens) are not permitted in our venue, unless you have been accredited with a media pass by the promoter. If you arrive with a professional camera without prior media approval, you will be required to leave your camera at Coat Check, at your expense. Point and shoot and cellphone cameras are generally permitted, unless specified otherwise by the artist.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE AXIS CLUB?
We do not allow the following in our venue: outside food and drink (including water), narcotics and illegal substances, drug paraphernalia, laser pointers, spray paint, stickers, chairs, large umbrellas, sports balls, glow sticks, selfie sticks, bicycles, audio/video recording devices with detachable lenses, animals, glass containers, weapons of any kind, and any object that security/management deems unsafe or that can be used as a projectile.
We ask you to only bring SMALL clutches, belt bags, fanny-packs or bags that are clear (i.e. see-through) to allow us to safely and efficiently screen and welcome fans into the event. ANY LARGE BACKPACKS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. All event attendees and items will be subject to search when entering the venue.

COVID POLICY/HEALTH & SAFETY
The Axis Club will continue to work with public health authorities to ensure we are meeting or exceeding the latest public health guidance in Ontario. Currently proof of vaccination is not required to attend an event at Axis.
IS THE AXIS CLUB ACCESSIBLE TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?
Yes, it is. The main entrance has a ramp and we have an accessible bathroom is located on the main floor. If you would like to attend an event at The Axis Club and will require additional assistance at the venue, please purchase your tickets and email us at email@example.com. Our management and security team will be happy to assist you with accommodations.
DO YOU HAVE UNISEX BATHROOMS, ACCESSIBLE BATHROOMS?
We have a unisex bathroom (wheelchair accessible) on the main floor.
AM I ABLE TO BRING MY OWN FOOD INSIDE?
Outside food and drink (including water) is not permitted.
DO YOU SERVE ALCOHOL AT ALL AGES SHOWS?
The entire venue is licensed, and alcohol can be served at all ages shows to those of legal drinking age. You will be required to show valid (not expired) government- issued photo ID if you would like to purchase/consume alcohol at an all ages show.
DO YOU HAVE A COAT CHECK?
Yes, we do, subject to capacity. Coat Check is located in the main lobby, and costs $4 per item. Only Credit & Debit cards are accepted.
ONCE INSIDE, CAN I LEAVE THE VENUE AND COME BACK?
Ins and outs are not permitted. If you leave the venue at any point, you will not be permitted to re-enter. Drinks are not allowed to be taken outside.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We are a cashless venue, all major credit & debit cards are accepted, at the box office and inside the venue.

WHAT IS THE AXIS CLUB CODE OF CONDUCT?
The Axis club is a space where you are encouraged to enjoy yourself without fear of being made to feel unwelcome or unsafe because of your race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, gender expression, immigration status, socio-economic background, mental health or ability. We encourage everyone to enjoy the show with a few rules to keep in mind: NO fighting, standing on seats, smoking anything indoors, treating anyone disrespectfully, or engaging in any behaviour that poses a safety risk to yourself or to others. Guests that appear intoxicated will be denied entry. Guests that become intoxicated while on premises will be ejected from the venue. The AXIS Club has the right to refuse service to any patron.
